50th Anniversary Trip

Penny, We just returned from Nashville, TN. You took care of us when we couldn't make the trip to Phoenix, AZ with the church group. The "A" tickets on Southwest were really great. Calling 24 hours in advance was terrific. Our seats and loading went very smooth even our close call in St. Louis where had only about 30 minutes to exchange planes was easy. We would travel Southwest in the future. We had an amazing 50th wedding anniversary and it all started with you! Thank you so very much!

First, the fact that you recommended the ocean view as opposed to garden view as the rest of the group did, was very appreciated! NY Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

In November, my family (5 adults) visited New York City to watch the Macy Day Parade. It was wonderful! We owe many thanks to Penny Carpenter, TL Travel Specialist for superb travel plans. Penny was a delight to work with and gave us such good information in planning our trip and our itinerary, which was set up perfectly. Our stay in New York was absolutely delightful. 4 Fabulous Vacations and counting.....

Penny has worked with our family to schedule a variety of different vacations. She is always able to work with our requests and give us the best possible experience in the planning and the vacation! Penny has helped us to have 4 of the best vacations to date:1. California Adventure - Lego Land, Sea World, San Diego Zoo. Penny helped us work out this crazy busy trip. 2. Disney World - Penny knew all of the details to get us in the best location, and the tips to make our trip easy and enjoyable. 3. Anniversary Crusie - 7 days - just wonderful on Royal Carribean, experince of our lives. Zip line thru Jamaica, Swimming with Sting Rays! 4. Disney Cruise - Penny give the best guide on what to do when and where on the cruise with all of the tips you need to make your vacation so enjoyable! We look forward to the next exciting adventure.

Simply the BEST

I have been using Penny since 2012 and would not use another agent. Penny has always gone above and beyond for me trying to find the best deals. I have even cancelled trips I built and gotten online "cheap" because she has found it even cheaper, WITH perks I was not going to be getting. '
I will also note when she takes me on, she knows its is not going to be easy. I like to change plans on her generally AFTER booking! She has never complained or been rude to me. She also takes into consideration the fact that we have a special needs son when she builds or vacations! I simply cannot put into words how amazing it is to have a travel agent as kind and considerate and frugal as Penny!! LOVE her!!

This was the best vacation - unil the next one!

Penny was wonderful! Like she has done for us many times before, her travel knowledge and guidance made this cruise another great experience! I can't imagine making travel plans without her help!
